An announcement I wish I didn’t have to make

Normally I keep this page positive but this needs to be said. I was majorly taken advantage of by someone who I have been working with the last three years. This is not the first time and I am a very forgiving person. The crosses out part was a different conversation.

BAD BREEDER ALERT: I have a breeder Julia Martin aka Julia Raine aka Raine Burrow Rabbitry, Now going by Episky Rabbitry to try and avoid her bad image. I have worked with for a couple years that continues to practice un ethical breeding. I have constantly been on her case for it and recently we have been on out because of it. She constantly changed deals we had when i studded to her and this time she royally screwed me on the deal. On top of it, she is now selling those exact animals under a false pedigree, pretending they are coming from someone else’s buck, and I have proof of this. She plans to sell them to show breeders as well as show herself and I think she is still an ARBA member. When I tried talking to her about an issue we were having she direct deposited money in my account, told me she was keeping the litter instead of giving me what was mine, there was the stud fee instead. She is now claiming the litter is from someone else’s buck. I have time stamped and dated messages to prove this all. The doe was Silver Fox Doe Bacardi from Raine Burrow Rabbitry (Now Episky Rabbitry) in Faribault MN. The buck was named Odin from Gnomestead BunnyTree. She is now claiming it was a buck named Endo. This is pedigree falsifying. See proofs below and also other proofs that she doesn’t care what she gives you when you buy from her as long as you pay her. I am not the only breeder she has made deals with and broken the deal or changed the deal after the studding was done either. So if you are thinking of working with this breeder, do like I did, screenshot everything.

Edit: this was added to her page which you can see directly goes against her own words. 😢 Even now admitting the breeding was to my buck. So many lies. I can’t even believe this level of dishonesty. My heart is broken. I went out of my way to help this woman and teach her everything for the last three years. And Julia, you can’t steal money that was put into your account without permission or discussion.

Updated information to identify bad breeder has been added and re shared. She has also since been over selling the same animals and mis handling animals, I have witnessed her animals coming out aggressive and under weight needing rehabilitation.
